Despite its deep roots in the community, TruStone Financial faced an increasingly crowded landscape of “big-box” banks and fintech disruptors. To reach their ambitious growth targets, they needed to evolve from a traditional service model to a modern, lifestyle-integrated brand. The goal was to build high-level brand authority while maintaining the “neighborly” trust that is central to their identity.
