It’s time to turn the table around
About Us
We’ve spent 25 years behind the curtain, watching how campaigns are built, budgets are allocated, and media choices are made. After helping over 1,000 clients from the media side of the table, we are taking that expertise to the client side. Fab Four Labs was created to give you the insider edge. We know what works, when it works, and how to pull the right levers to make every dollar count. You don’t need just another agency. You need one with real-world experience inside the machine.
Fab
“Fab” is a nod to my fabulous family—my wife Andrea and our daughters, Julia and Hannah. It also represents the standard we hold ourselves to: delivering fabulous work for every client.
Four
The “Four” represents both our family of four and the four pillars behind every successful marketing campaign: Audience, Medium, Message and Results. Four pillars that guide everything we do.
Labs
Every client enters the “Lab,” where we build a marketing approach around their unique goals and needs. “Labs” also pays tribute to Can Do Canines, a nonprofit close to our hearts that trains assistance dogs—many of them Labrador Retrievers.
Meet The Team
Greg founded Fab Four Labs to give brands a smarter, more informed approach to media and marketing—connecting media strategy, partnerships, sponsorships, influencer programs, and creative around one clear business goal.

MILTON, Chief Lab Officer
Every great lab needs a Lab. Milton has been part of the Fab Four Labs family since long before there was a Fab Four Labs. Now a beloved 12-year-old Labrador Retriever and retired therapy dog, Milton has spent his career bringing people together, lowering stress levels and reminding us that sometimes the best meetings involve a walk.
Experience & Perspective
Milton’s career in service began long before Fab Four Labs. Born in Maple Grove, MN, with a little Canadian heritage from his mom, Milton received part of his training at the Faribault Correctional Facility through Can Do Canines’ prison training program. After discovering he had allergies and could no longer be considered for assistance dog work, he went on to serve as a therapy dog for two years at Masonic Children’s Hospital and another two years at Meadow Ridge Elementary in the Wayzata School District, bringing a calming presence to kids, families, teachers and staff. Today, Milton brings that same perspective to Fab Four Labs. He reminds us that relationships matter, a calm presence goes a long way, and every successful Lab needs at least one actual Lab.
His Expertise
Creating positive company culture, client greetings, building relationships, and reminding everyone not to take themselves too seriously.
